- •DRESS CODE: Modest clothing required for catacombs - shoulders and knees covered.
- •PHYSICAL: Moderate walking (approx. 3km) on uneven surfaces.
- •TEMPERATURE: Catacombs are cool (approx. 17C) - bring a light jacket.
- •The Monument is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for those with claustrophobia as well as for those with serious walking problems
- •there are 100 uneven steps along the route and no possibility to sit down; there are no elevators, and the walking surface is uneven.
